Multimedia Archives: International Dance Day Celebration & Techno-ResiliArt Workshop 2026
This section features the official audiovisual registry—photographs and video footage—from the International Dance Day Celebration, held on April 29, 2026, in Manila, Philippines. The event was integrated into the strategic framework of the Techno-ResiliArt Methodology Workshop, an initiative designed to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the convergence of art, culture, and technology.
The event was aligned with key global milestones: the UN commemoration of the International Year of Volunteers for the SDGs and the Philippine Chairmanship of ASEAN 2026. Guided by the core theme, "Forging Unity and Weaving ASEAN Perspective into the Global Cultural Panorama for Poverty Eradication and Peace through Care of People & Planet," the activities reinforced dance and performing arts as a universal language for social cohesion, climate action, and community resilience.
This international gathering was organized under the auspices of the International Theatre Institute (ITI Worldwide) and the Philippine Center of ITI, and was hosted by the Earthsavers DREAMS Ensemble (designated as UNESCO Artist for Peace), in partnership with the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC), alongside national government agencies and civil society organizations.
The multimedia assets below document the participation of international delegates, community leaders, and global advocates who contributed artistic performances and methodology practices aimed at fostering inclusion, eradicating poverty, and addressing climate change.
